Research On The Evolution Mechanism Of Social Enterprises Based On Entrepreneurial Ecosystem

At present,the social problems which rely on the role of national system and the market can't be completely resolved in our country.Social enterprises provide sustainable and innovative solutions for the society.However,the development of social enterprises in our country is congenitally deficient which lead to the lack of innovation in the process of development.Based on the research background above,this thesis puts forward the self-organization model of social enterprise,and use the Xingeng workshop case to verify the feasibility of the model.First,this thesis defines the concept of social enterprise,self-organization theory and entrepreneurial ecosystem.Second,this thesis discusses the growth process and the self-organization evolution mechanism of social enterprises from the perspective of entrepreneurial ecosystem,then puts forward the model of self-organization evolution.Furthermore,the thesis proposes some management suggestions for the development of social enterprises future.The study concludes that the growth of social enterprise is a continuous exchange process with entrepreneurial ecosystem.Its evolutionary process cannot do without the support of the entrepreneurial ecosystems.As time goes by,the relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystems will continue to expand and extend,and even more and more deeply affect every stage of social enterprise development which often shows us some characteristics,such as self-renewal,self-adaptation,self-catalysis and self-circulation.At the same time,it shows that social enterprises play a certain role in connecting and creating the entrepreneurial ecosystem,although it is not the only element to drive the growth of entrepreneurial ecosystem.This thesis discusses the growth of social enterprises from three angles that are theory,model and case,which lay a solid foundation for further empirical research.
