The Research Of Start-up Enterprise Growth And Evolution Mechanism In Entrepreneurship Ecosystem

With the development of social economy,entrepreneurial activities have received widespread attention by both domestic and foreign academic and industry,but the failure rate of start-up enterprise is still high.Entrepreneurship activities as a complex social phenomenon,has been affected by multiple factors,especially the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial environment.Entrepreneurial ecosystem,which consisted by entrepreneurship and a series of entrepreneurial environment,is a complex network system to support the entrepreneurship,is a platform for star-up enterprise growth and development.Due to the lack of legitimacy and resources,the star-up enterprise's growth and development faces many challenges.The research on the growth and evolution mechanism of the start-up enterprises will help to find out and solve its problems in the process of the growth,thus contributing to the improvement of the success rate of entrepreneurship.However,most of the existing research on the growth and evolution mechanism of the start-up enterprises is based on the perspective of life cycle theory.The research results are more macroscopic and ignore the essential issues that star-up enterprise lacks of resources and the legitimacy.In this thesis,the author guide by the entrepreneurship ecosystem theory,creatively introduce the theory of bricolage,research the growth and evolution mechanism of star-up enterprise from the perspective of bricolage.On the basis of recomb and build the new entrepreneurial ecosystem structure model which in the core of star-up enterprise,construct the star-up enterprise stimulation reaction mechanism model in the entrepreneurial ecosystem under the perspective of bricolage,and ultimately come to the star-up enterprise growth and evolution models in the entrepreneurial ecosystem,then proves the proposition with the case of Didi Taxi's development.Thus,based on the perspective of bricolage theory explains the star-up enterprise how to use existing,fragmented and seemingly worthless resources in hand to develop new business opportunities and support enterprise growth in resourcescarce entrepreneurial situation,thereby enhancing the success rate of entrepreneurship.The research indicates that bricolage is critical to the growth and evolution of start-ups.First,from the entrepreneurial point of view,which should enhance the insight,and must be good at discovering the uniqueness and asymmetry of idle resources,then transform it into an organizational capacity that matches the market.Second,from the enterprise point of view,the budding period should make full use of the capabilities of bricolage,to put opportunities which in the entrepreneurial ecosystem together.The start-up enterprises should be good at using the initial social network,strengthen the interaction with other organizations in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and enhance network relations;The leap period have to learn to choose,patchwork the resources selectively,to achieve value innovation and develop new and broader markets to lead consumers demand;The stable period have to strengthen the interaction with the environment in the entrepreneurial ecosystem,and gradually develop the enterprise into an open system which is adaptive and self-organized.
