The rapid development of the global outsourcing market provides an unprecedenteddevelopment opportunity for the outsourcing industry in our country, especially in thedevelopment of software outsourcing industry. The development of software outsourcingindustry can effectively improve the overall development of China’s software industry. Itcan also provide more employment, improve the national income and promote our nationaleconomic development healthily. The development of China’s software outsourcingindustry needs a large number of high-quality software outsourcing talents. And the lack ofthem becomes the bottleneck of software outsourcing development. It seriously hinderedthe development of software outsourcing industry in China. With the technology changingfast, the external environment of software outsourcing industry is also changing fast now.And the training needs are not set in stone. In the face of rapidly changing environment,the software outsourcing talents training based on the traditional waterfall model has notbeen suit for it. This article mainly uses literature research and empirical comparisonmethods to explore the effective way of software outsourcing talents training. Through thein-depth study of the popular agile methods, the author applied the agile methods in thesoftware outsourcing talents training creatively. By building the software outsourcingtalents training model based on agile methods, the M company used the training model inits own training business. The outcome confirmed that the model based on agile methodscan bring more return with smaller costs in a rapid and changeable environment.
