With the enhancement of economic and social development and health awareness,the medical industry in China ushered in the rapid development opportunities,but for individual enterprises,opportunities are also contains the crisis.The rapid development of the industry also means that market competition further intensified.The manufacturing enterprises are often lack of the ability to act with the change.In this case,the manufacturing enterprises focuses on their own existing resources and industrial foundation,transforms to service industry,which are fully applying on the trend of the transformation from “manufacturing economy” to “service economy”.The enterprise,according to their own condition,take the initiative to adapt to this developing trend,extends the industrial chain of upstream and downstream with reasonable operation strategy,and embraces the rapidly changing market actively,to further improve the enterprise market competitiveness and profitability,seeking market space in the fierce market competition,and obtaining the opportunities of survival and development.In this paper,A company,a leading medical device manufacturing enterprise in China,is the research target,and according to its nature and characteristics of the industry,through theoretical analysis and literature research,studies the condition and trend of market competition and analyzes the major changes faced by the enterprise,inquires the theoretical base of enterprise to adapt to the market situation,policy environment,market demand and internal and external resources of A company,then focuses on the study of operation target of the period during transformation from manufacturing to service.In this paper,A company was completely analyzed by its capability construction,supply network,process design,organizational structure and service development.This paper studies the operation strategy's making and implementation on how to obtain the competitive advantage from the transformation from manufacturing to service,forecasts the developing trend of the Super CSSD outsourcing service,providing a feasible operation strategy to medical equipment manufacturer on how to transform to Super CSSD outsourcing service.
