With the rapid development of service economy, the global manufacturing industry enters a new era of service and manufacturing integration, manufacturing enterprises have started to product as the center to the strategic transformation of service oriented. At present,the manufacturing enterprise service transformation mainly driven by the following key factors: first, with the crossover of different technology integration and improvement of technical complexity, users tend to accept from consulting, custom, installation, maintenance,training a set of solutions of services; Second, the product homogeneity trend lead to constant erosion of profits, companies hoping to short-term trading into long service way, in order to improve the business income; Third, the Internet of things, cloud and big data mining and other new technology is being universal application, which providing a solid foundation for manufacturing service transformation technology guarantee. China's manufacturing enterprises service transformation is the inevitable result of international industry competition.Studies show that 97.8% of China's manufacturing enterprises is still in the production of pure phase, and services in the U.S. manufacturing proportion is as high as 58%. China's manufacturing industry in the service sector there is a huge development space, more and more manufacturing enterprises in China have realized the importance and urgency of service transformation.This article according to the depth of the research of the KF group co., LTD., understand the enterprise service transformation dynamics and the staff of your department business process present situation, found that companies don't have enough service way diversification,the services on a smaller scale of the enterprise, can cause service business enterprise development present "fragmentation" phenomenon, reflects the enterprise's service ability exist "short board", not service transformation to provide enough power for the enterprise.Enterprise staff as the carrier of enterprise competence, KF group co., LTD., to deconstruct the original ability, stripping the original low value business, across the level shift resources,develop a way to deconstruct the original ability and reconstruct the transformation ability.Based on the field survey of KF group co., LTD from various departments to select multiple capacity index and performance indicators as investigation object, and by using the coefficient of Pearson correlation analysis using data from a questionnaire survey to recycle,mainly the correlation of each department capacity index and performance analysis, find the focus of the department staff training ability, determine the direction of staff capacity re-factoring, ability to reconstruct the implementation of the staff manufacturing enterprises can help the enterprise service idea, cooperation framework, the management of the knowledge and resources, and promote the diversified development of the service business.
