Research On The Factors Of Software Enterprise Value Creation System

In recent years,with the continuous development of software industry,the number of Software Categories and software companies continue to increase that leading to the pressure of competition in the software market becomes larger.While the software market continues to grow,but the growth has been declining.The software industry has appeared a lot of new characteristics,many factors leading to China software market is facing a great challenge.China lacks software enterprises with international influence.How can software enterprises improve their own value creation ability and gain competitive advantage?This paper mainly studies the development process and the current situation and existing problems of the software industry,the elements of the value creation system in software enterprises,changes in the elements of the value creation system in different stages of software enterprises,and based on the change of those elements to show the characteristics of software industry and economy etc.First,I analyze the characteristics of China's software industry and the factors that affect the value creation and the value creation system of software enterprises by studying the current situation of literature research at home and abroad.And study the development process and the current situation and existing problems of the software industry and the elements of the value creation system in software enterprises by using economic correlation theory,enterprise strategy theory,strategic wheel,five force model and value chain theory.Then,I analyze the development process in strategic thinking and the change in the elements of the UFIDA value creation system in different stages through the in-depth study of internal data and in-depth interviews with insiders.The last,I compare the prioritization of the elements of the value creation system of the user at different stages,analyze the role of the economic characteristics and value creation of UFIDA through the method of combining theory with empirical method,and summarizes the new features and the economic function process of the software industry,then puts forward some suggestions on the management of the software enterprises.I hope this research can provide some reference for the research of software enterprises,and also hope to provide a reference for managers of software enterprises.
