Through these four years of development the number of employees increase from 10 to 200, and setting up R&D centers in Indian and China. It takes advantage of low labor costs of Indian and China to complete the work of offshore software outsourcing. With the constant development and growth, problems began to emerge in interiors and Exteriors of company. It is necessary to scheme out the business strategy to resolve these problems.First, this paper analysis the situation and problems of software outsourcing of Multicoreware Inc., then conducts macro-environment analysis and the industry situation analysis for software outsourcing using PEST model and Port’s five-forces model. Find strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats through SWOT analysis. A suitable strategy is developed according to these analysis. To make sure this new strategy will be successfully executed, following works are concern as important work: Develop market strategy suitable to Chinese situation, improve software development process according to CMM(Capability Maturity Model for Software), Strategic human resource management and strategic auditThis paper can help firms to develop suitable strategy, resolve the management problems of small and medium enterprises and adapt the external macro environment. It can also insure the fast development in the future, and problem solving structure is helpful for reference in practice.
