Study On Automotive Logistics Development Strategy Of Tian Jin Port Ro-Ro Terminal

Tianjin Port is one of the earliest ports in China's coastal areas and one of the four major rolling ports in China which has a central position in China's coastal automotive logistics system.However,with the continuous improvement of automotive throughput and the continuous development of social service industry,customers of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal are not only satisfied with the traditional services such as loading and unloading and warehousing,and they have more high value-added and integrated automotive logistics service demands.Compared with the other ro/ro terminals,the logistics level of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal is relatively low,and the value of automotive logistics is not high,which can not match with the position of the largest ro-ro terminal in the north.The leading position of the market is gradually affected by Qingdao,Dalian and other neighboring ports,auto export volume of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal has begun to decline year by year.It is necessary to study the auto logistics development strategy of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal,to help them grasp the core resources in a good market environment and carry out the automotive logistics service in line with customer and market demand in order to compete in the fierce market.Further to consolidate the North's largest ro-ro logistics terminal status.This paper studies the automotive logistics stategy of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal.First,the background and significance of this research are introduced,the current research situations at home and abroad are expounded,and the contents and methods of this paper are pointed out.Secondly,the theory and concept of the development of ro/ro terminal automotive logistics are introduced,including the ro-ro terminal,the connotation of automotive ro-ro logistics and the theoretical basis of this paper.Thirdly,the SWOT analysis of automotive logistics business is analyzed from the internal and external environment on the basis of analyzing the present situation and existing problems of automotive logistics of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal.Fourthly,the forecasting model of the combination of gray prediction and qualitative forecasting is put forward to forecast the automotive logistics business market of Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal.Finally,the development strategy and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions of automotive logistics in Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal are put forward.The results show that the demand for automotive logistics business in Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal is increasing,and the development potential of automotive logistics is huge.It is necessary to adopt the development strategy of automotive logistics for Tianjin Port Ro-Ro Terminal,thus to build it into a world-class ro/ro logistics service provider.
