| At this stage,due to the limited resources and capacity,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises alone have long been suited to the current market conditions,more SMEs want to use the same industry in the other enterprises the ability and resources to get their own more Long-term development,so small and medium enterprises gradually formed a relationship between the network,by virtue of this relationship between the network can achieve the advantages of resources and capabilities complement each other and common development.As a result,the network growth has gradually become the main mode of development of small and medium enterprises at this stage.This kind of network relationship based on the interests of the enterprise is very unstable because the network relationship is likely to be affected by factors such as uneven distribution of interests among enterprises,differences in strategic objectives,and breach of contract Destruction,organizational conflict also broke out.However,the conflict does not mean that the disconnection of the network cooperation relationship,after the outbreak of the conflict,the enterprises will be based on cooperative enterprises and their own dependence on the full geographical balance,if their enterprises and cooperative enterprises are resource or capacity-dependent cooperation Relationship,then after the outbreak of the conflict,because of its transaction costs and cooperative enterprises difficult to replace the factors such as consideration,and can not easily with the cooperative enterprises to terminate the partnership.Thus,there is a rational trade-off between organizational conflict and dynamic adjustment of network relationship.Based on the theory of resource dependence,relational contract theory and network growth theory,this paper puts forward three main dimensions of organizational conflict awareness:interpersonal conflict perception,contractual relationship conflict perception and conflict of environmental relations.The empirical analysis shows that interpersonal conflict and contractual conflict can lead to the negative adjustment of the original network cooperation relationship,such as the destruction or termination of the original cooperative relationship,etc.Which leads to the positive adjustment of the original network cooperation relationship,such as deepening or expanding the network cooperation level.At the same time,this paper also proves that resource dependence and ability dependency can inhibit the negative influence of organizational conflict on network cooperation through empirical research.At the same time,according to the conclusion of the study,the author puts forward some practical suggestions on the practical business strategy of small and medium-sized enterprises. |
