With the rapid development of China's economy,the average age of migrant workers is lower and lower,and the new generation migrant workers who born from 1980 s and 1990 s have become the main force of migrant workers on the historic stage.However,under the new environment,new social development needs,how do the new generation of migrant workers maintain a good momentum of employment,break the ice of career development,meet the talents of new type of urbanization and industrial modernization in our country,is worthy topic to do research.Based on Dalian new generation migrant workers as the research object,through carries on the field interviews,questionnaires and data analysis,find out the new generation migrant workers' problem in their career development,analyze problems causes,and against problems and causes to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the Dalian new generation of migrant workers' career developmentThe research found that the present situation of economic environment in Liaoning province has a great influence on the career development of the new generation migrant workers in Dalian city.In addition,the new generation migrant workers' professions are concentrated and low income,short-term career development,work ability and skills improvement is small,low management communication skills and interpersonal ability is weak.Investigate its causes behind the problems are also varies,including new generation migrant workers own ability is insufficient,career development training lack,lack of career planning and guidance,and career development relying too much on friends and family relations.Dalian municipal government should be more measures simultaneously,creating good career development environment,improving the city's new generation migrant workers' education and vocational skills training,and completes the new generation migrant workers' career development planning and guidance,create good condition for the new generation migrant workers' career development.
