The emergence of new consumers and the arrival of the scene of the scene make the traditional leisure industry face a serious challenge.Hidebound traditional leisure industry blindly will only lost in the leisure market in the increasingly fierce competition,under the background of mobile interconnection seize the opportunity,according to their own development condition,a feasible path for industry innovation,to environmental changes and impregnable in the market competition.Based on the traditional leisure industry as the research object,according to the theory of interaction between economic theory,the new commercial civilization and experience design theory as the theoretical basis,by logical reasoning and the methods of questionnaire survey,this article aims at analyzing the driving mechanism of the traditional leisure industry innovation as well as the specific path of innovation,main content is:first,literature review and definition of core concepts;Second,analyze the realistic challenge and innovation driving mechanism of traditional leisure industry development;Thirdly,the specific path of traditional leisure industry innovation based on scene thinking is put forward.Fourth,take the tea building industry of hangzhou as an example,and put forward the concrete countermeasures of hangzhou tea house innovation.The results show that the first,the scene thinking is the propeller of industrial innovation,the traditional leisure industry innovation driving mechanism is divided into internal drive mechanism and the external drive mechanism,the internal driving force,the new consumer demand is the traction industry innovation,technology development is the innovation of the industry dynamics,evolution of the enterprise itself is the driving force of industrial innovation;The external driving force,the policy support is BaoZhangLi industry innovation,market competition is the innovation of the industry to promote power.Second,the traditional leisure industry innovation path can be divided into four broad direction:"deepening"innovation path based on emotional experience;Based on the cultural orientation of "optimal" innovation path;Based on the precise marketing"integrated innovation" path;Based on cross-border fusion of "linkage"innovation path.Four path eventually Shared between subject and object,harmony and win-win innovation target.Third,guided by new consumers of hangzhou teahouse industry innovation need to be done from five aspects:meet new consumer inner demand and social demand.Pay more attention to the cross-border integration of the tea products,Advocate the teahouse experience aesthetics and consumer immersion experience;Marketing innovative marketing methods,rich content;Consumer trust in creating Shared value.
