China has gradually completed the reform of the state-owned shareholding system,and in this process,it emphasizes the transformation of the management mode of the state-owned enterprises.However,although the state-owned enterprises implement performance pay system,through integral marketing etc.to carry out comprehensive appraisal staff,staff of the original work rely on inertia and follow the enterprise management in all aspects of the path,after the transformation of state-owned enterprises performance management system,work habits,organizational structure and management mode cannot be set with the transformation of enterprises and cooperative changes,leading to staff job burnout.For this,this paper combined with the MBI-GS scale of job burnout of A company,for the existence of job burnout groups,combined with the specific condition of A Corporation,divided by influencing factors of job burnout,develop a new round of questionnaire,impact on the reasons of employee's job burnout of interpretation,on Job Burnout attribution A through the quantitative research,the state-owned enterprise employees' job burnout performance,dig its influence factors,reasonable attribution,and ultimately to put forward specific strategies of prevention and mitigation of job burnout of employees of state enterprises,starting from different dimensions,reduce the degree of comprehensive burnout of employees in state owned enterprises,starting from improving the psychological construction level of employees,to explore the overall countermeasures optimization of staff management in state-owned enterprises.
