To strengthen and make innovations in social management and promote thebuilding of a harmonious socialist society has been raised in the18th National Congressof CPC. Psychological harmony of people is a core side of the harmonious society. Thesocial groups could deal with all kinds of contradictory oppositions and psychologicalpressures only if their psychology and ideological state are in good condition. Then thewhole society could maintain harmony and stability. Nowadays, the ideological state ofthe corporate personnel has close connection with the future and destiny of more andmore up-scale non state-owned enterprises in today’ China. Taking care of theideological state of the corporate personnel is not only the need of development of acompany, but also the need of building the corporate culture. More than that, it’s alsothe need of strengthening the happiness index of corporate personnel and the need of “toput people first” theory. As women employees are playing an important role in thedevelopment of a company, the ideological state of them is essential to the company.While it is influenced by the restriction of traditional labour relationship, the lackof business philosophy and poor overall qualities of women employees, there are manynegative factors in women employees’ mind in up-scale non state-owned enterprises inWujin district Changzhou city, which restrict the development of the individual andwhole company. In this paper, through discussing the roles and features of up-scale nonstate-owned enterprises and the ideological state of women employees, we try to findout the reason of the problems in women employees’ mind in Wujin district Changzhoucity. Also we try to find out more methods to improve the ideological state of womenemployees thorough improving women employee’s individual qualities, building corporate culture, macro regulation and control of the government and the pushing ofthe social system.
