Early Warning Research On Financial Crisis Of Real Estate Listed Companies In China

The products provided by the real estate industry are the necessities for satisfying the basic living needs of the people,and occupy a basic position in the national economy.Therefore,in the development process of the real estate industry,besides the market rules,it will also be greatly influenced by the national macro regulation.In recent years,China's real estate enterprises are facingenvironmentand challengeswhich are getting more and more complex.The real estate market is facing fierce competition.The macro-control of the government and financial institutions on the real estate industry is also gradually strengthened.The assets and liabilities rate of real estate development companies are generally above 70%,and they bear huge financial risks,and the possibility of financial crisis is increased.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the early warning problem of the financial crisis in this industry.This paper discusses the financial risks of real estate enterprises in China,this paper first summarizes and summarizes relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and the relevant written knowledge is explained in detail.Then,based on the fundamental characteristics of the industry in China,it analyzes the form and the influencing factors of the financial crisis of the listed real estate companies in our country.Thirdly,the sample and data of the empirical research are selected,and the significant differences are selected to analyze the factors through the significance analysis.After sifting to the main factor,a mathematical model of logical regression based on the principal component is created.Finally,the model is tested,the conclusions and limitations are obtained,and on this basis to develop relevant financial crisis prevention measures.This complete study has a strong guiding significance for the establishment of the financial crisis early-warning system for the real estate listed companies.
