Commercial banks,as a special financial services enterprises,have a wide range of business and content and has become a central part of China's national economy.However,in recent years,the traditional commercial banks are facing fierce competition,because the rise of foreign banks and private banks,which makes it common for bank employees quitting jobs.Construction Bank president phrase "bank is the disadvantaged group" is out of the hearts of thousands of bankers.Bank pressure also contributed to the turnover rate rise.If the foreign banks and private banks are China's commercial banks' " external challengers ";then,the insufficient of commercial banks themselves,which result in the dissatisfaction of employees and their choosing to resign is the "internal worries." For long periods of time,commercial banks have focused on dealing with "external challengers",while ignoring the management of internal staff.IBM's pioneer,Thomas Watson,once said,"You can move my machine and burn my plant,but just leave my staff and I have a chance to regenerate." Compared to the external environment,the internal staff is the main force to determine the bank's development.In recent years,generation of staff gradually come into the workplace.They become the main force of enterprise development and their impact on the enterprise is also growing.Due to the influence of many factors such as the times and the social environment,they have different characteristics from other employees.They are called the new generation of employees because of their different ideas,consciousness and individuality.Most of them are single children and they are self,and restlessness.Due to these characteristics,the major enterprises generally feel satisfaction and loyalty of the new generation is not high.So the management of the new generation of employees has become a big problem of most companies.Employee satisfaction is a key factor affecting the production efficiency and core competitiveness of enterprises.It is an important basis for enterprises to improve management strategy and constantly improve themselves.And it is the direction of future development of enterprises.After the study of relevant literature at home and abroad,we found that research on new generation of staff's research is mainly focused on the characteristics and management strategies,as well as the relationship between the characteristics of the new generation and their turnover rate.There is no authoritative explanation for the promotion strategy.How to improve the satisfaction of the new generation? The answer to the question will undoubtedly provide useful reference for the companies making relevant policies.This paper mainly purpose is to do the empirical analysis to explore strategies to enhance satisfaction from the measurement dimension of satisfaction of the new generation.The conclusions drawn from the analysis are as follows.First,the overall satisfaction of Yichun Branch's of A commercial bank is not high.Second,the new generation of employees are not satisfied with the workplace,salary,job management and career development,and the employee family background will have an impact on employee satisfaction.The management strategies to enhance employee satisfaction proposed in this paper are as follows.First,when the banks recruit some people,they should give priority to the seekers who are local people,in addition,choose the seekers who have a poor family and are hard-working.Second,create a home culture,and enhance the sense of belonging of employees;Third,establish the salary system that position determine the level,then the level determine salary,matching the people and the post and paying for performance according to performance.pay compensation system;Fourth,do job management,clearly define the responsibilities of various departments and positions;Fifth,build a sequence management system and take the two-channel management development path.
