The Development Model Of "Small County Big City" Is Analyzed From The Perspective Of "People Urbanization"

"Small County Big City" is one of China’s special development models of urbanization."People Urbanization" is the target and direction of the current and future urbanization development,the development model of "Small County Big City" is analyzed from the perspective of "People Urbanization",which has higher theoretical and practical value,because it not only can broaden the idea and vision of "new-type urbanization" in our country,solve a series of problems of urbanization development in mountainous county,but also can improve the county urbanization and its social governance system,reshape the concept of "people-oriented".City and township are the objective object in the process of urbanization,urban and rural residents play an important role in economic and social development,whether the city and the country can achieve integration in space,whether the urban and rural residents can realize social integration,they will decide whether "small county big city" can move toward "people’s urbanization" in the direction of sustainable development.Moreover,as an important element of urbanization,the development of "things" and "people" will directly affect the quality level of urbanization.It is a great significance to carry out the analysis of the development model of "Small County Big City" from the perspective of "People Urbanization",because it can properly handle the relationship between city and countryside,things and people,it also can optimize the allocation of resources,promote urban and rural integration,promote comprehensive and healthy development of the economic and social sector.It is an important task to realize the all-round development of human beings and to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.At present,there is a lot of literature on "people’s urbanization",and some scholars carry out the study of "small county big cities",but there is very little research to combine the two.Therefore,it might be helpful to carry out the analysis of the development model of "Small County Big City" from the perspective of "People Urbanization".This article takes Yunhe county of Zhejiang province as the research object,closely surrounding the development model of "Small County Big City" is analyzed from the perspective of "People Urbanization" proposition,taking a comprehensive analysis by theory and examples,quantitative and qualitative analysis,classification and summary,analyzing the achievements and deficiencies of the development model of "Small County Big City",to see big things through small ones,thinking about the current problem and the reasons of development model of "SmallCounty Big City" in our country,and tries to put forward the feasible countermeasures,in order to achieve the effect of its excellent.The article mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and case analysis.This article includes five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background and significance of the topic,summarizes the present situation of domestic and foreign research,and summarizes the basic ideas and methods of this research,and points out the innovation and deficiency of this article.The second chapter combed the 30 years since reform and opening up of urbanization development,through the documentation and archival information,generalize,clear and definition of related concepts like "People urbanization"," Small County Big City " and so on.The theory of unbalanced development is interpreted,lays a solid theoretical foundation for the later writing.The third chapter choose Yunhe county,Zhejiang province as an example.First of all,overall summary of the results achieved of "Small County Big City" of Yunhe county,including the scientific planning and leading the evolution of urbanization,constantly improve the protection of basic public services,improve the ecological environment resources,and farmers’ training to promote the quality of the population.Then,choose the urban and rural residents,functional department as the objects,carry out such as satisfaction survey,questionnaire survey and interview communication,in-depth knowledge of the deficiency of "Small County Big City" Yunhe country.Furthermore,draw inspiration from the case-studies Revelations of Yunhe county.Chapter four analyzes the specific problems of "Small County Big City" in our country.Through the analysis of ideological concept,policy system and social factors,then points out that the "Small County Big City" exists some problem,like the quality of urban and rural residents in China is not high,social empowerment failed to solve,the city quality of farmers’ integration difficult to blend in society,urbanization level is relatively low,briefly analyzes the deep level reason,concept the main reason is old concept,lack of institution of urbanization,half urbanization of people,and short of social cohesion.The fifth chapter in view of the problem of "Small County Big City" in our country,propose the solutions,like countermeasure to solve the problem,by strengthening the public social participation,from the "quantity" to "quality",improve the social relation network,and drive values change.
