After the 21 st century,innovation has been the key to the success of enterprises in the competition,the effective implementation of innovation strategy can help enterprises to build the core competitiveness.Employee innovation as the mainstay of enterprise innovation,has got the focus of entrepreneurs and scholars.From the end of the last century,knowledge as a capital began to be concerned by domestic and foreign enterprises.The staff's knowledge reserves will greatly affect his perception and acceptance of new things.Scholars generally believe that the transfer of knowledge between organizations will affect the staff's knowledge reserves.And if the staff's knowledge reserves are higher,the possibility that he tries to innovate will be greater.However,in the Chinese environment,knowledge transfer is how to affect the performance of employee's innovation needs to be further empirical researched.This paper studies the innovation performance of employees by using knowledge transfer as the starting point and aims to analyze the influence and mechanism of knowledge transfer on employee innovation performance through inter-organizational knowledge transfer.This paper analyzes the performance of employees from the three elements of organization,individual and environment and constructs the theoretical hypothesis model of knowledge transfer,absorptive capacity,organizational innovation atmosphere and employee innovation performance,and analyzes its internal mechanism.This paper first summarizes the connotation and research status of relevant variables such as knowledge transfer and employee innovation performance,and expounds the theoretical basis of this research,which is organizational behavior theory and social exchange theory.On these bases,this study raises the relevant assumptions between variables.Through the investigation of employees of different enterprises,this study analyzes the impact mechanism of knowledge transfer on employee innovation performance.Through the use of SPSS20.0 software,the main effect of knowledge transfer and employee innovation performance,the mediating role of absorptive capacity,and the adjustment effect of organizational innovation atmosphere in the main effect are verified.The results show that knowledge transfer has a significant positive impact on employee innovation performance.In this process,the absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role,while the organizational innovation atmosphere positively regulates the main effect of knowledge transfer and employee innovation performance.Finally,this study summarizes the conclusions and innovations of the research and puts forward the shortcomings of this study and the place where the research is expected to be improved,and eventually provides enlightenment to the practice of the enterprise.
