Employees’ job satisfaction is a subjective reflection and mental state and will have an impact on innovation performance. Therefore, increasing and attaching great importance to employees’ job satisfactions. It has an important mean to improve employee performance. The current emphasis on academic research are increasingly organizational innovation atmosphere and improve employee satisfaction in the creative performance importance. Over the years, scholars have studied the formation mechanism of employees’ job satisfaction by theoretical analysis and empirical analysis and the impact of the relationship between organizational innovation climate and its various dimensions and job satisfaction of its innovation performance. However, few scholars would study job satisfaction degree and the relationship between organizational innovation climate and innovation performance.The main purpose of this paper is to explore job satisfaction for staff behavior of process innovation, organizational innovation focuses on the role of climate variables that affect this process played. This study has important significance on continuing promoting job satisfaction research and creative performanc.Firstly, the content of the definition of employees’ job satisfaction, organizational innovation climate, employee innovation performance, measurement methods, and pair wise relations carried out a detailed review and summarize; secondly, on the basis of reading the literature to determine the research reposed research assumptions and model; thirdly, in modifying the existing scales has developed on the basis of employee job satisfaction, organizational innovation climate and employee innovation performance questionnaire and empirical research; fourth, using statistical software for analysis of survey data and drawing conclusions; fifth, with practicing and researching findings as the basis to provide recommendations for corporate governance.In this paper, I chose part-time MBA students as questionnaires. In total, 375 valid questionnaires are collected and using SPSS21.0 statistical software to analyze, drawing to the following conclusions:(1)Between employees’ satisfaction and organizational innovation, climate is significantly positively related to job satisfaction. Employees and organizational innovation climate of organizational support, freedom to work, leadership effectiveness, learning and growth and teamwork five dimensions are significantly correlated.(2)Organizational innovation climate is a significant positive correlation between employee performance and innovation. Organizational innovation climate and employee innovation performance in generating innovative ideas and behavior of the implementation of the behavior of the two dimensions of innovative ideas are significant positive correlation.(3)Between employees’ satisfaction and innovation, Performance significantly positively related to job satisfaction. Employees and employee innovation performance in generating innovative ideas and behavior of the implementation of the behavior of the two dimensions of innovative ideas are significantly positively correlated.(4)In the regression analysis, confirming the organizational innovation climate is mediating variable employee job satisfaction and their innovation performance.Organizational support, leadership effectiveness, learninggrowingand team cooperation is the intermediary variable between job satisfaction and employee innovation performance,but work freely in mediating role between job satisfaction and employee innovation performance was not significant.
