Study On The Countermeasures Of Technological Innovation Of Leading Enterprises In Agricultural Industrialization

Technological innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for further promoting China's development of modern agriculture.Although China's grain output keeps high for many years,it mainly through the extensive use of resources and pesticides and fertilizer to achieve.and the technological content of agricultural products is still generally low.At the same time,the development of China's agriculture has entered the stage of increasing production costs,the deteriorating resources and environment,and the gradual escalation of international competition.With the continuous advancement of industrialization in China and the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization,the demand for social consumption of agricultural products will be higher and higher.At the same time,China has a large population and agricultural products have irreplaceable characteristics.Therefore,in order to get faster development,the leading enterprises of agriculture industrialization in Hubei Province must get rid of the traditional backward mode of production,and advance firmly on the way of innovation of science and technology.In this literature,analysis,case analysis and field investigation method are used to study the technological innovation of agricultural industrialization enterprises in Hubei Province.Based on the research background,research significance,literature review,research content and method of this subject and combined with the theory of agricultural industrialization,agricultural industrialization leading enterprises and their roles,enterprise technology innovation theory and agricultural industrialization leading enterprises' technology innovation theory and other theory of them,it focus on the analysis of the current situation of development of technological innovation ?the existing problems in the development and the reasons for the existence of agricultural industrialization leading enterprises in Hubei Province,combined with the example analysis of Duofu farm company,the innovation of leading enterprises of industrialization of agriculture in Hubei Province needs to be strengthened,the source of funds still need to expand;weak ability,lack of core competitiveness;lack of policy effectiveness,unreasonable distribution of scientific and technological resources;production and research cooperate too little,mechanism of cooperation is not perfect;phenomenon of "less","old","lack" is outstanding,technological innovation has been severely constrained and any other problems and reasons exit,we put forward the establishment of innovative incentive mechanism and culture innovation,the improve of consciousness of leading enterprises,the strengthen of financial support of technology innovation,the development of financing source of leading enterprises,the deepen of the reform of technological innovation management system and system to improve the core competitiveness of leading enterprises;promote the balanced distribution of scientific and technological resources to promote the technological innovation of leading enterprises;increase the green high-quality agricultural products to boost the agricultural supply side of the in-depth reform;strengthen the construction of agricultural science and technology park to achieve the deep integration between production and research;focus on the training and introduction of enterprises' technology person to enhance the quality and ability of science and technology team and any other seven aspects of countermeasure.This research is conducive to cultivating a group of leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization with strong innovation ability and conversion of technological achievements in Hubei Province with a view,and in efforts to enhance the international competitiveness of leading enterprises in Hubei Province play its due role.
