The Research For Measures And Dilemma On The Targeted Poverty Alleviation Work Of Country-level Government

Since the targeted poverty alleviation was first introduced in 2013,leaders and cadres in different local governments respond to this policy actively as well and lead people to carry out the poverty alleviation task.However,currently the targeted poverty alleviation work conducted by country-level government is still in the initial stage and the poverty reason of country-level poverty area and people and the methods to alleviate poverty require further study.The target poverty alleviation work carried by country-level government and its results need to be further improved.The main subject for this essay is the targeted poverty alleviation work by country-level government.This essay aims to take the example of the targeted poverty alleviation case of Zhouning,Fujian province to find the reason that why the targeted poverty alleviation work does not obtain good result by research and development in the basis of related study.The reason is mainly due to the government's limitation,imperfect targeted poverty alleviation measures and inadequate capability of poverty people etc.Therefore,the targeted poverty alleviation work of country-level government should be further improved:firstly,government should break its limitation and put forward the task of targeted poverty alleviation.Precision poverty alleviation concept is the first,deepen the essence of it;due to poverty alleviation policy not only enhance flexibility and public welfare,but also cultivate and create excellent poverty alleviation cadres;Secondly,the measures related to the targeted poverty alleviation should be further improved so as to enhance the result.Through the establishment of a sound scientific and efficient supporting mechanisms for poverty alleviation,integrating government public resources,mobilizing more people to join in poverty alleviation,build a poverty alleviation pattern.;Thirdly,the capability of poverty people should be increased and encourage them to lift out of poverty by themselves.Through the transformation of poverty alleviation concepts,strengthen the awareness of poverty eradication;creating a positive atmosphere and increasing participation poverty alleviation,increasing participation in poverty alleviation;providing development opportunities to enhance self-development capacity and other means.
