In today's world where economic globalization is deepening and deepening, the knowledge economy in various countries is flourishing and scientific research is changing with each passing day.Competition in the international market is more and more competing in knowledge reserves and in science and technology. However, technological innovation has become the key factor in determining the international competitiveness of a country.Since the reform and opening up for more than 30 years,China's trade and economy have made considerable progress. Our country's international status has gradually emerged through the competitive advantages of export commodities. The ability to imitate and innovate technologies has been greatly strengthened.China's merchandise exports for the first time in 2009 ranked first in the world, and continued into 2017,China is still the world's largest commodity exporter. However, due to its late start in science and technology and its lack of investment in technological innovation and its ability to independently innovate,China has led to a relatively low rate of conversion of scientific and technological achievements,a low technological content of most of its exports and its competitiveness is not strong.Which has affected the drive of our country's technological innovation to the export of high-tech products and has shackled the bigger and better development of China's export trade. Therefore,in order to ensure that China's export trade can be built on the basis of a virtuous circle and sustainable development,it is necessary to improve the capability of independent technological innovation. My country is already a world trading country, but efforts and changes are still needed on the road to a world trading power.Technological innovation plays an irreplaceable role.Based on this background, this article combines the chart analysis, comparative analysis and empirical analysis to explore the status quo of China's technological innovation and export trade and the impact of technological innovation on total exports, and thus put forward to our subsequent development of the government And business both the countermeasures and suggestions.First, the article gives an overview of relevant theories of technological innovation and export trade, reviews and collates relevant theoretical results;secondly,it explores the mechanism of technological innovation's influence on export trade;then it starts with the national overall,high-tech industries, and international comparisons. The characteristics of the four perspectives elaborated the current status of China's technological innovation, and examined the export trade situation in recent years in China in terms of total export trade volume and export commodity structure. It was found that China's export trade has steadily increased, and in recent years,There is a trend of slowdown;followed by the empirical research section of Chapter 5,we will study the impact of technological innovation on China's export trade by selecting variables with strong representativeness from the aspects of capital, personnel input, and output of technological innovation. As a result,it was found that the current technological innovation has a certain positive impact on China's total export volume. However,in the long term,China's export trade has not been significantly effective. Therefore,China still needs to further expand and expand the role of technological innovation in China's exports.Continue to promote China's export trade through improvement of technological innovation development of.Finally,on the issue of how to improve the active promotion of China's technological innovation on export trade,it puts forward policy recommendations for national governments and enterprises in order to provide ideas for the implementation of relevant national measures and strategies.
