In the current era of mobile Internet,the impact of cross-border industry in the traditional bicycle industry appears to be weak and the original industry model needs to be transformed and upgraded.The service design and experience design theory based on the "Internet +" concept has provided a new opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of the bicycle industry.This article selects the "UCC Sport Bike" brand of Guangzhou Global Bicycle Industry Co.,Ltd.as the entry point,first analyzes and researches the existing three-way relational models of brands,channels,and users in the industry,and confirms that it is necessary to use three-Relationship model as the starting point of design research.Secondly,the paper combines service design and experience design theory to analyze and study the actual demand of UCC Sport Bike brand,and obtains the feasibility analysis of brand service image scheme and product experience design scheme.Based on the previous product plan,combined with the brand's original positioning and service system,the previous plan was further designed and researched.The service blueprint framework was used to complete the design of the "Funs riding" APP,the design of the bicycle intelligent hardware product and the design of the UCC brand backstage management platform.It is hoped that through the landing of these products,the value of traditional bicycle products will be promoted,the implementation of brand marketing service plans will be promoted,and new brand,channel,and user service relationships will be established to achieve the established goal of information transformation and service transformation.In the end,the paper verified the example data of relevant marketing cases and confirmed that this paper has a good transformation effect for the transformation project designed for the target brand UCC sports bicycle,and it has been highly recognized by Guangzhou Global Bicycle Industry Co.,Ltd.and achieved long-term follow-up service agreement.The innovations in this paper are mainly three points:(1)To explore the transformation of service design and experiential design theory to the traditional bicycle industry by combining a large number of design practices(design of"Funs riding" APP,design of bicycle intelligent hardware product and design of UCC brand backstage management platform).And finally get the recognition and landing of the enterprise.(2)Combining with the sales characteristics and status quo of the bicycle industry,we consider each decentralized sales channel network as a scatter point of marketing,and creatively put forward the central operation and distribution Point operation;(3)Put forward the model of tripartite relationship of brand,channel and user in bicycle industry.Based on this model,this paper creatively designs and realizes the solution of service system,plays the role of coordinating the tripartite relationship and mobilizing all parties the important role of enthusiasm.
