Enterprise system and staff are two necessary conditions for enterprise to pursue profit maximization and social responsibility,and the research on both of them is also the hot spot in the academic circle.The operation of enterprise system can be measured by the efficiency of the enterprise system,employee loyalty is the quantification of employee loyalty to the enterprise.Then is there a link between them?In this paper the efficiency of the enterprise system,the grass-roots employee loyalty,and the psychological contract are linked to research by constructing a model.The reasons that why i do this are as follows: firstly,the object is positioned in the grass-roots staff to ensure the stable foundation of the enterprise;Secondly,the definition of enterprise system efficiency is vague and difficult to evaluate,hoping to comb the concept of enterprise system efficiency through the research of this paper,and find the proper partition dimension;Third,the enterprise system efficiency and grass-roots employee loyalty are important to the performance of the enterprise.If it can confirm the relationship between the two,then the enterprises will have a certain development direction;Fourth,the main body of the enterprise system is the employees,and the grass-roots employee loyalty is the loyalty to the enterprise.So the psychological contract which is an implicit agreement between employees and enterprises can act as an intermediary variable on the relationship between the efficiency of enterprise system and the grass-roots employee loyalty.In this paper,a large number of Chinese and English literature have been consulted.It is found that there is no uniform standard for the definition,dimension division and scale design of the three concepts.There are few literature on the combination of the three.This shows my research has certain theoretical significance.Then I try to use the theory method to determine the relationship between the three,and design four hypotheses;I made a reasonable division of the three,the enterprise system efficiency is divided into four dimensions,such as incentive efficiency,allocation efficiency,insurance efficiency and constraint efficiency;the grass-roots employee loyalty is divided into five dimensions,such as affective commitment,normative commitment,ideal commitment,economic commitment and opportunity commitment;The psychological contract is divided into two dimensions,such as realistic responsibility and development responsibility;and constructs a research model.Then the corresponding questions are designed for each dimension,and the initial questionnaires are obtained.In order to ensure the validity of the questionnaire,a small sample test was conducted to obtain a formal questionnaire.In Yunnan Province,54 companies from 16 industries of three scale enterprises,investigated by sending self-administered methods and access methods of questionnaire,386 valid questionnaires were collected.And then SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to do reliability analysis,validity analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,discriminant validity and correlation analysis,structural equation modeling and intermediary validation.The study shows that the four research hypotheses designed in this paper are correct.The conclusion of this research is: enterprise system efficiency has a positive effect on grass-roots employee loyalty,which may be due to a clear definition of property rights,reasonable disposition,effective corporate governance structure,satisfactory salary system and promotion system,which can promote the grass-roots employee loyalty.The efficiency of enterprise system has a positive effect on psychological contract,and the possible reason is that the pursuit of efficiency of corporate system includes finding a balance between corporate goals and employee expectations,maximizing the interests of both sides.The psychological contract is two aspects including employees and enterprises,the higher the efficiency of enterprise system,the more guarantee that the psychological contract will not be destroyed;The psychological contract has a positive effect on the grass-roots employee loyalty,the grass-roots employee loyalty can be regarded as the result of implicit agreement between grass-roots employees and enterprises;The psychological contract has the intermediary effect between the enterprise system efficiency and the grass-roots employee loyalty,the effect of enterprise system efficiency on the loyalty of grass-roots employee loyalty can be explained through the psychological contract,the realization of enterprise system efficiency is that the enterprise system can achieve the desired effect in the enterprise,this effect also includes the expectation to the staff.If the grass-roots employees get what they want from the enterprise,it is likely to increase their loyalty to the enterprise.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward two points of enterprise management revelation: Pay attention to the realization of enterprise system efficiency and focus on the grass-roots employee loyalty with the psychological contract perspective.But this article also has some deficiencies,such as the measurement standard of the variables is not clear,the scale design lacks the authority,the questionnaire data validity and so on.This article only studies the relations between the three,did not deeply study whether the dimension have the positive or the reverse influence to the variable.The perfection of these deficiencies is also the prospect of future research.
