Research On The Causes Of Industrial Overlap And The Mechanism Of Resolution Between Counties In Yunnan Province

At present,our region is divided according to resources,population,economy and administrative regions,which are independent and self-contained.And formed independent and self-contained economic and social operating systems.The formation of different county economy through the unification of provincial government.With the accelerated pace of urbanization,this independent and self-contained county economic and social operating system has gradually exposed defects such as the division of power and responsibility in administrative governance,the partition of environmental rectification in economic growth,and the division of cost performance in production capacity formation.Industry overlap is one of the consequences.However,industrial overlap is one of the main causes of excess capacity.Industry overlap not only wastes a lot of resources,but also occupies a large amount of credit resources,causing a magnetic effect and falling into the vicious circle of inefficient supply.Then,the issue of overcapacity governance is also an overlapping issue of industry governance.So,to solve the problem of overlapping industries,we must first solve the problems of independent and self-contained county administrative and economic and social operation systems.This article takes Urbanization Construction in western China as a research background,to study the status of county economic construction in Yunnan Province,analyze the harm of industrial overlap,the necessity of collaborative and sharing economy construction,the recognition of overlapping industries,and the methodological approach to resolve overlapping.This article also firmly grasps the status of overcapacity,homogenous competition,and inefficient allocation of resources caused by overlap of county-level industries.This article consults a large number of Chinese and English literature,combing the research status and theoretical basis of county economy,industrial homology,industrial overlap,and industrial synergistic development,and sorting out the theoretical framework for overlapping county industries,including the definition of county overlapping industries and overlapping industries.The reasons as well as theadverse effects are the important theoretical basis of this article.This paper also investigates and analyzes the current state of county economy development and the current situation of industrial distribution in Yunnan Province.Through a large number of data collection,the similarity coefficient method is used to calculate the overlapping degree of county industries in Yunnan,which is the core of this paper.This paper uses the system engineering to solve the mechanism of overlapping industries.Theory,including the characteristics of system dynamics,the scope of application,the introduction of simulation software,and the modeling process,constructed a model applicable to the industry's overlapping solution mechanism,and based on the established model,the “Wen Yuping” half-hour economy Circle industrial parks conduct empirical analysis,test the applicability of the model,and analyze the results and policy recommendations.This article gets the following five conclusions:1.There are many reasons for industry overlap,including historical reasons,institutional reasons,policy factors,natural resources factors,local government competition,and local economic development levels.In particular,the level of county economic development and industrial development complement each other.Impact,local industrial cooperation can promote economic development,and local development level will in turn affect the development of industrial economy.2.Unreasonable industrial overlap will adversely affect supply and demand,macroeconomics,and business.The level of economic development and industrial development complement each other and influence each other.Local industry synergy can promote economic development,and local development level will in turn affect the development of industrial economy;3.From the perspective of industrial structure,there is a high degree of similarity in the industrial structure between Yanshan and other counties.In addition,similarities in the industrial structure of Wenshan,Chuxiong,Jianshui,and Songming are also very high.4.From three industrial categories,Chuxiong and Songming have the highest industrial similarities,then,Wenshan and Chuxiong?Wenshan and Songming ranked second and third respectively;.5.In order to promote the development of the county economy,local governments should strengthen the investment in infrastructure construction and continue to lay a solid foundation for the development of the industry in the economic circle.There are still some shortcomings in this article.Although the overlapping measurement of county-level industries in 10 sample counties in Yunnan Province has made the impact of county-level industry overlap on the overall economy more accurate and specific,the theoretical innovation of the paper is not enough,mainly based on the application of routine statistical analysis and system analysis methods.For lacks,it needs further promotion and research.
