Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Lijiang Municipal Government

Since the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China,The CPC central committee and the state council have integrated poverty alleviation into the "four comprehensive" strategic layout,increased investment in poverty alleviation,and innovated ways to alleviate poverty,where great achievements have been made.In 2013,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the new concept of "targeted poverty alleviation" for the first time,and provided a new solution for tackling poverty.Lijiang municipal party committee and municipal government,according to the strategic deployment of the CPC central committee,the state council and the yunnan provincial party committee and the provincial government,with years of hard work,we has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation and development.But the poverty level,the high cost of poverty reduction,and the difficulty of poverty reduction have not been fundamentally changed.Weak government finances,infrastructure,education,healthcare and other bottlenecks have not been fundamentally improved.The lack of vitality in industrial development,single industrial structure,narrow employment channels for poor people,and the difficulty of transferring employment and increasing income are not fundamentally improved.The task of building a moderately prosperous society with the whole province and the country is still arduous.In the context of the new situation and new requirements and targeted poverty alleviation,how to accurately and objectively evaluate the city’s targeted poverty alleviation,and it is very realistic and urgent to analyze existing problems through performance evaluation and make effective improvement.Based on the perspective of targeted poverty alleviation,this study focuses on the poverty situation of lijiang city,and analyzes the current situation of poverty alleviation through empirical means.It is found that there are still problems and deficiencies in the current poverty alleviation work,so as to provide Suggestions for improving the performance of targeted poverty alleviation in ethnic minority areas,so as to promote the pace of poverty alleviation.This paper for the anti-poverty and accurate performance evaluation of poverty alleviation,selected topic background and research significance are simply described,and the current stage at home and abroad related research achievements of unity.Secondly,it defines and summarizes the relevant concepts,analyzes the situation of lijiang city,the situation of poverty,the practice and effectiveness of targeted poverty alleviation,and the existing assessment methods of targeted poverty alleviation and the existing problems.Then,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the accurate poverty alleviation performance evaluation system of lijiang city,select the indicators and determine the weight of each index.Based on the data provided by relevant departments,this paper analyzes the targeted poverty alleviation performance of each county(district)in lijiang city.Finally,the author puts forward some Suggestions to improve the performance of the targeted poverty alleviation in lijiang city.
