Study On The Urbanization Of Migrant Workers In Changchun Area

China is a big agricultural country in the world,because of the large number of agricultural population,the per capital possession of land is small,the number of farmers and agricultural resources do not match seriously.In addition,with the rapid development of agricultural science and technology,the efficiency of agricultural production is significantly improved,the surplus phenomenon of rural labor force is becoming increasingly serious.At the same time,the rapid expansion of the city needs a lot of labor force,under the " pull" and " push" of the city,a large number of rural surplus labor force into the city to engage in non-agricultural industries.Because of the long period affected by the dual system of urban and rural,rural labor resources in China slowly transfer to the city,to engage in non-agricultural industries,and can not smoothly become urban residents and enjoy the same treatment as the citizens,the problem of migrant workers citizen.In the period of social transformation and development,the research on the related issues of " urbanization of migrant workers" has realistic and theoretical significance for promoting the process of migrant workers' urbanization,promoting the development of socialist characteristics and expanding the theoretical research of migrant workers.Therefore,based on the theories of economics,society and politics,this paper uses questionnaires,comparative analysis and other methods,combined with the research achievements of excellent scholars at home and abroad,analyzes the problems existing in the current situation and development process of migrant workers in Changchun region,and puts forward a series of suggestions to promote the development of peasant workers' urbanization.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the first part,the paper mainly discusses the background of migrant workers' urbanization,and summarizes the purpose and significance of this study on the basis of reviewing the database and the relevant literature of the school library,and introduces the domestic and foreign Development of the research situation,and further elaborate the main ideas of this research and innovation.In the second part,after summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,the author summarizes the specific contents of migrant workers,citizens and push-pull theory in collecting and summarizing the database.The third and fourth parts,based on the research results of migrant workers from home and abroad,elaborates the process of the historical development of migrant workers in Changchun area,selects the Changchun area of Jilin province as the research object,selects 728 migrant workers to accept the questionnaire survey,the whole investigation from the social security,education,housing and other dimensions analysis,the whole aspect of the Changchun area migrant workers in the process of the development of a series of problems and their impact factors.The fifth part,based on the problems existing in the development of migrant workers,from the training of migrant workers,social security system,children education system and other aspects to improve the development of countermeasures,in order to guide Changchun and even the national region of migrant workers to provide an important reference and reference.
