Compensation in any enterprise is very basic and very important,but because of the employee compensation system design not only affect the incentive effect,but also affected the company's labor costs and other factors,the effect of salary incentive is affected by various factors in the enterprise,so when the compensation system of alternative,enterprises need to choose based on the different characteristics of each enterprise and the enterprise salary system.Create a new,scientific and systematic salary management system,in the era of knowledge economy,for enterprises to achieve sustained business viability and market competitive advantage is of great significance.So the current enterprise is facing the urgent task in human resources to optimize and improve the compensation management system.Taking Taiyuan A consulting company as the research object,through an overview of A consulting company of Taiyuan and the present research and analysis the present situation and problems of salary management,with the help of interviews,materials research,questionnaire investigation,internal discussion,analysis summed up the current Taiyuan exist in A consulting company compensation system is not standard,not linked to corporate strategy,compensation cannot meet the demand of employees as well as the lack of salary incentive problems;So based on compensation system combined with strategic orientation,embody fairness,incentive and constraint,and improve the compensation satisfaction,the purpose of this optimization will post value evaluation,determine the post salary,build system of salary level,adjust the pay structure design and improve the welfare system and the assessment of compensation system,etc.,A consulting company's compensation system of Taiyuan,the optimization design;To ensure the smooth implementation of the new compensation system can last and formulated the corresponding guarantee measures.In this paper,we study on the one hand,can raise in Taiyuan for A consulting company employees' pay satisfaction,and give play to the role of the corresponding salary incentive;On the other hand can also for the enterprise management and be used for reference in the practice of the salary design.
