From the connotation,the strength of the individual for an organization identity and participation is known as the organizational commitment,"loyalty" or "organization belonging".It has a comparatively typical characteristics of "psychological contract" or "psychological contract",and signed by individuals and organizations work tasks such as different types of contract.Performance to a great extent,organizational commitment is fundamental to the survival of enterprises,while organizational commitment on job performance have a significant impact.This topic based on the relative research achievements,perceive be the research object as the organizational commitment,perceived organizational support,job performance.Basing on the comprehensive and systematic analysis,investigated the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance,and develop the sense of organizational support,organizational commitment and job performance in three aspects of scale,access to relevant data in the form of questionnaire survey and research on the relationship between each other.In comprehensive inspection and analysis of theoretical models and assumptions,we adopt principal component analysis and SPSS statistical analysis software,by studying the three factors of perceived organizational support and organizational commitment between the more obvious positive correlation,colleagues and superiors support sense and narrow sense of organizational support factor function were more significant impact on organizational commitment,narrow sense of organizational support among the factors in the first place.Organizational commitment and job dedication,task performance and interpersonal promotion job performance is significant positive correlation,the relationship between the influence degree of the work of dedicated,and task performance is strongest.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to provide some enlightenment for future research and human resource management practice,basing on the research conclusion and “how to improve the organizational commitment level of employees?”...
