The 21st Century is the era of knowledge economy, is the era of competition for talent. In this context, candidates who can do, to keep people, educating people, with people who will take the initiative in the competition for talent, but also have the core competitiveness. More and more enterprises realize that talent is the first resource of the modern enterprise in the competition, as a large group of enterprises demand for talent is particularly attention, how to cultivate talent, talent development has increasingly become a problem for enterprise development.With the growing pressure of competition, large enterprises increasingly realize that only the establishment of a high-quality, high occupation of the workforce, is a business enterprise to remain invincible magic weapon. The enterprise long-term competitive advantage comes from continuous innovation, the core competence can only be achieved through continuous learning, continuous, effective, systematic development of enterprise training has become a large number of enterprises and enterprise managers, human resource managers consensus. To improve the human resources training system, is one of the important ways to increase the reserve of talents, but also the key factors to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. No matter what kind of enterprise, human resources training system are indispensable, after the study found, more and more enterprises realize the importance of human resource training, some enterprises will directly apply the experience and methods of foreign. Without considering the economic environment, cultural background and development process of many factors such as different, without modifications, integration directly applied to domestic enterprises, foreign enterprises have proved that even advanced, effective, will also appear in the transplant process The climate does not suit one, will be difficult. In addition, to whom training, what means are used to training whom, after training, how to evaluate human resource work largely is not very clear, even in a confused state.The purpose of this study is to establish a system of in-service training for employees, to the development of Chia Tai Group as an example to illustrate the need, therefore, the main problem is:according to the nature of work and responsibilities within the group of different categories of staff requirements, build a training system to enhance their ability to work and quality. It mainly includes:the new employee training system; the production personnel training system; training curriculum system of the sales staff; the training of technical staff and management personnel training curriculum system; curriculum system.The basic idea of this study is:through consulting relevant books of the library, access to China How Net and other networks journal articles, papers, reviews the research situation has been formed, so as to obtain more clear cognition theory. On the basis of literature research, questionnaire, in-depth to group related departments, extensive questionnaires, current situation and demand of on-the-job training to conduct a thorough investigation, conduct training needs analysis. At the same time, through the human resources department and related departments to access enterprise management personnel, understand the current implementation of the status quo of enterprise training courses, staff quality and ability requirements, training courses on demand. Analysis of the existing training courses set the current problems and reasons; the combination of curriculum theory, current situation and demand of the construction of the training system of multiple.This paper consists of six chapters.Chapter first is "Introduction". This chapter from the research background, explains the purpose and significance of the study, the research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, clear, and clearly define the related concepts.The second chapter is "the present situation and training of the CP group". This chapter first defines the target and core value of enterprise development concept; secondly introduces the status and characteristics of human resources; the final status of staff in-service training are analyzed.The third chapter is "the analysis of training needs". Before making the demand analysis, established the first selection, ideas and sample demand analysis on the one hand, according to the demand of the enterprise staff in-service training to do interviews, on the other hand, the demand of staff in-service training courses to do a survey.The fourth chapter is "the construction of in-service training system for employees of enterprises". This chapter is the core part of the whole article, to establish a correct view of curriculum, curriculum objectives, and establish the scientific curriculum content, constructing reasonable curriculum structure and application of flexible curriculum activities of the five aspects to construct the training system. This paper is to establish the structural thinking based curriculum, and result oriented, is based mainly structuralism curriculum theory, the "results" to "process", the "specific" to "structure", pay attention to find or inquiry learning, any one of the courses have a basic structure no matter what, is the basic structure of curriculum, students will need to understand the course.The fifth chapter is "assessment of the implementation of training course system effect". Mainly through the implementation of training courses, a clear assessment project, make the evaluation steps, evaluation results. In order to promote the curriculum system update and improvement.The sixth chapter is "the problems and prospects". This study has limitations, in the sample selection and quantity in addition, in effect evaluation, failed to complete the four level evaluation system of the whole. The curriculum system is an independent part, requires more coordination in the implementation process, this bold vision, can implement to help and protect the curriculum design a complete curriculum system, curriculum system as reflected possible value.
