Under the influence of economic globalization,large state-controlled commercial banks are facing double competitive pressures at home and abroad.In order to solve the problem of how to increase the bank loan quota and how to maintain the loyalty of high-quality customers,banks must be able to innovate and provide differentiated financial products and enhance service levels.As the direct creator of bank profits,commercial bank account managers are not only the main force for the bank's innovation and development,but also the bond between the bank and the market.The account managers are at the forefront of bank competition.Actively exerting the subjective initiative of the account manager and motivating the client manager to improve the overall service level of the bank is of great significance to the stable and rapid development of commercial banks.As a large-scale commercial bank in Hebei Province,Hebei Bank Xingtai Branch has developed rapidly,has a good reputation,and has excellent business types and service levels.It has made great progress and progress in management and sales team building and customer group development.However,the author found in his usual work practice that the performance appraisal system of the account manager of Hebei Bank Xingtai Branch has not been perfected,and there are loopholes in the implementation process,which is not good for employee management and company development.Therefore,the author solves the contradiction and optimizes the structure for the problems arising from the Xingtai branch by creating a performance appraisal management system based on the “balanced scorecard”.This will enable Xingtai Branch to seize opportunities and guide the development of future banks.
