Along with the domestic and foreign financial market integration,China’s banking industry increasingly fierce competition,all kinds of new banks in order to quickly integrate into the local market,increase market share,has launched the five major state-owned banks existing talents.The Grass-roots branches is a service window of the commercial bank customer oriented,teller performance management not only affects the quality and efficiency of teller work attitude,more directly related to the bank’s brand and reputation.As of two branches of large state-owned commercial banks,Bank of communications Qinhuangdao branch and cabinet member of existing performance management system is not adapt to the new situation,leading to the bank teller’s work efficiency and enthusiasm increasingly low,many excellent teller out loss,seriously hindered the development of the bank,the bank teller to identify the crux of the problem of performance management at present,the design of a cut It accorded with the actual and the teller performance management system for the sustained and healthy development.First of all,this paper from different angle analysis the teller performance management of domestic and foreign research present situation,introduced the related concept of performance and performance management,summarizes a series of common methods of performance appraisal,and the complete performance management system in all aspects of the systematic elaboration.Secondly,the performance management status of Qinhuangdao branch of Bank of communications teller carries on the system analysis,through to the bank teller performance management questionnaire data statistics and reorganization,summed up a series of existing in the course of the performance management of the bank teller outstanding problems,and connecting with the working practice of each problem are described in detail.Finally,performance management system of Qinhuangdao branch of Bank of communications teller were optimized design,put forward more objective,scientific and close to the bank teller work practical performance appraisal index system and appraisal cycle,and to establish to key performance indicators and behaviorally anchored rating evaluation method teller’s performance evaluation method,establish the teller’s performance evaluation of information sources and evaluation of the results of the level set and on the bank teller’s performance evaluation results objection handling and performance evaluation results of the application scope of proposed optimization suggestions.A series of measures and specific safeguard measures is presented for the protection of the bank teller performance management improvement plan implementation.
