Study On The Land Remediation Potential Of Ganzhou City Under The Background Of Ecological Civilization Demonstration Zone Construction

With the sustained economic growth and rapid population growth in China,resource constraints are increasing,the task of balancing arable land occupation and compensation is arduous,the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent,the ecological environment is deteriorating sharply,and the construction of ecological civilization is playing an increasingly important role in social and economic development.Land consolidation is a kind of construction activity through the transformation of land function and land utility,which can effectively alleviate the contradiction between man and land and improve the ecological environment.Ganzhou,located in the south of Jiangxi Province,is a typical hilly and mountainous area.Ganzhou is in the critical period of promoting new industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization.The rapid development of social economy puts forward higher requirements for land consolidation.During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,the contradictions between man and land and the deterioration of ecological environment have not been fundamentally changed.The contradictions between protecting development and protecting ecology have become more prominent,and the task of protecting cultivated land and saving intensive land has become more arduous.The construction of ecological civilization demonstration area and land consolidation are important measures to ensure the rapid development of social economy and the integration of urban and rural development in Ganzhou City.The construction of demonstration zone of ecological civilization and land consolidation are two complementary tasks.Scientific and rational arrangement of land consolidation potential is an important support for the construction of demonstration zone of ecological civilization in Jiangxi Province.At present,most of the studies on the potential of land remediation pay attention to economic and social benefits.There are few studies on the evaluation of ecological civilization of land remediation,and there is a lack of research on the potential of land ecological remediation.Based on this,from the perspective of the construction of ecological civilization demonstration area,combined with the current situation of land use in Ganzhou City and the opportunities and challenges faced by land consolidation under the new situation,after drawing lessons from the relevant theories and research progress at home and abroad,this paper adopts the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method to deduct the potential indicators that do not conform to the construction of ecological civilization demonstration area,from agricultural land,rural construction land and land reclamation.The potential of land remediation in Ganzhou City is analyzed from four aspects: land resources suitable for cultivation and reserve,focusing on strengthening the analysis of ecological remediation potential of mountains,rivers,forests,fields and lakes,and putting forward new requirements for the study of land remediation potential in the new era.Finally,according to the principle of integrated development of mountains,rivers,forests,fields and lakes,the ecological remediation of Ganzhou City is zoned.The research results are as follows :1.Under the background of ecological civilization demonstration area construction,the regulation scale of agricultural land is 5.3987 million mu,the consolidation scale of rural construction land is 236,600 mu,the total development scale of arable reserve land resources is 655,800 mu,and the total reclamation scale is 69,200 mu;2.Under the conditions of the construction of ecological civilization demonstration zone,Ganzhou city takes towns and villages as the unit to construct four major areas,namely the northeast area,the northwest area,the southeast area and the southwest area.3.Under the background of the construction of the ecological civilization demonstration area,the land remediation objectives are to protect the ecological environment,increase the quantity of cultivated land and improve the quality of cultivated land.
