| A Company was selected as 1 of 4 PCOE by U.S. headquarters. The lean tools have been used in the department of A Company.From Mass Production to Just-In-Time production, and Lean Production, the development process is production concept integration; the purpose of this paper is the enterprise can making right action on the changing way, so the manufacturing system development must satisfy the production development.This paper adopt the method of theory combined with practice, applying with Industry Engineering theory of work study, method study, VSM analysis method of Lean Tools and line balance method, make VSM analysis to find Muda in the process, explore the line efficiency solution, try to find easy way to solve this problem, achieve a satisfied result.Then the research result was applied to improve the efficiency, Lead Time (LT) has been reduced by 90% through the implementation of Lean Production, And Process efficiency (PCE) increased 2088%, production efficiency increased 154%. VSM analysis method which proposed in this paper was a useful lean tool. The performance indicating: these methods can help person to find out the muda in the process, improve the work station balance, and increase production capacity and efficiency. |
