The Optimization And Evaluation Research On Supply Chain Of Enterprise S In Cross-Border E-Commerce Mode

The advent of Globalization and Internet era is changing people’s lives,and also promoting the progress of new business model.Cross-Border E-commerce,as a product of the Internet era and the embodiment of "Internet + Foreign Trade",shows a high-speed development trend in recent few years.More and more traditional foreign trade enterprises,especially small and medium-sized ones start to enter into the field of Cross-Border E-commerce.In this reforming process,it is urgent to optimize and upgrade the former supply chain of those enterprises to meet with the requirement of Cross-Border E-commerce business.Therefore,the primary goal of this article research is how to establish a supply chain system in Cross-Border E-commerce.This dissertation takes Enterprise S as an example to make the relative research.Firstly,it makes a brief introduction on the current situation of Enterprise S,including organization structure and development strategy example,and also analyzes the overall environment of Enterprise S by SWOT analysis and PEST analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the former supply chain of Cross-Border E-commerce to investigate the defects,applies Engineering Network Planning,ESIA,Linear Programming to optimize the supply chain of Enterprise S in Cross-Border E-commerce mode,and reform the enterprise organization management structure to meet the needs of the optimized supply chain system.Finally,this dissertation makes the detailed evaluation on the optimized supply chain system of Enterprises to verify implementation effect of new supply chain achieves the goals of Enterprise S.It summarizes the full content of this dissertation at last and points out the direction of development for Enterprise S.This dissertation aims to provide a reference solution for small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises which are building or preparing to build supply chain of Cross-Border E-commerce according to the optimization and evaluation research on supply chain of enterprise S in Cross-Border E-commerce mode.
