Research On Production Management Improvement Of S Company Based On Lean Thinking

With the continuous change of the global economy,the cost pressures faced by Chinese enterprises in the production and management are increasing in recent years.As the cost of the enterprise increases,the demand of customer is becoming higher and higher: the demand is more and more diverse,the product delivery time is more and more short,the product quality is more and more stern,but the price aspect actually has not obviously enhanced.If the enterprises in the increasingly fierce competition environment want to survive and obtain benefits and more development opportunities,they must enhance their competitiveness in terms of cost control and efficiency improvement.The implementation of lean production management is one of the effective measures to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Lean production is a kind of management mode which take the customer demand as the driving force.It takes the elimination of waste,full participation and continuous improvement as the core.It advocates the enterprise to obtain the benefit with the least investment as the management goal.The lean thinking and methods root to the employees' daily behavior habits,and gradually forms the lean culture.Lean production pursue high quality,short production cycle and low production cost through the overall quality management,total production maintenance,equipment installation time shortening and other activities.This thesis takes the S company as the research object,combined with the present situation of the production and operation of S company,analyzes the existing production management of S company's inventory,long production cycle and other major issues,and on this basis,introduce the ideas and methods of lean production to the production management of S company,designed to improve the program to match the characteristics of S company.It is hoped that the implementation of the improved scheme can greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the production cost of S company.And provide suggestions for production improvement for enterprises with similar problems.
