Under the guidance of the "One Belt and One Road" and "Civil-Military Integration" and other related national strategies,China's industrial system is fully practicing the Action Platform of "Made in China 2025".Actually,domestic high-end manufacturing industry has experienced years of technology accumulation and self-development,which on the one hand,initially lays a solid foundation on its expansion of market share and stepping into the field of global mainstream industries;on the other hand,that also means there will be a fierce competition with the "re-industrialized" developed countries which are occupying the traditional dominant position.Therefore,in the face of global markets,it has become an urgency for China's high-end manufacturing industry to plan and establish proper developing strategy so as to find a position in the field of global mainstream industries.This thesis chose one representative high-end manufacturing industry-Aviation company Q as the case,and conducted an strategic analysis on the company's main business involving the global mainstream industry-commercial aviation field,trying to investigate the company's problems from the angel of strategic management,and ultimately obtain a strategic planning for the company's commercial aviation field.Based on the exploration of current mainstream strategic theory of management and the environment of commercial aviation industry,the strategic planning research method which with the consideration of commercial field's typical characteristics,was targeted at the combined analysis of the enterprise's external environment analysis and internal capacity resource positioning and finding corresponding perfect balanced point between them,was selected in this thesis.In particular,firstly a survey of the external environment of the global commercial aviation industry was proceeded,and the following part was an analysis of the company's main products involving the commercial aviation industry,which applied the five-force model analysis method.Then on that basis above,a summary of the enterprise's opportunities and threats in the commercial aviation field was conducted;DuPont analysis and Resource capacity analysis methods were applied to analyze the company's internal resources and capacity,so as to sum up the company's advantages and disadvantages in commercial aviation industry.On the basis of the previous conclusions about opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages,the "SWOT" model was adopted to sort out the analysis results.Therefore,on that basis,the strategic action items were obtained.Then Under the existing strategic vision frame of the company and its parent company,the company's related strategy and implementation plan in commercial aviation field were deduced,according to its strategic action items.According to this research,the medium-sized industrial manufacturing enterprises like the aviation company Q which are engaged in avionics research and development,shall implement the focusing-on-differentiation business strategy,the globalized international strategy and the cooperation strategy of strategic alliance,which may contribute to their better adaptation in the current environment of the global commercial aviation industry,thus to build on strengths and acquire competitive strategy.In addition,it is hoped that this research may provide some reference or instruction on China's high-end manufacturing industry's strategic management in developing its global competitive strategy.
