The Influence Of Government's Supportive Action On Organizational Performance

Since 1990 s,entrepreneurial activities began to be the focus of scholars,in recent years it has become the focus of theoretical research.Entrepreneurial activity has become an important force in promoting China's economic development,new enterprises in the promotion of employment,increase the vitality of the market,encouraging innovation and plays an important role in promoting the development of national economy.The study found that entrepreneurial orientation plays an important role in promoting enterprise performance,entrepreneurial orientation from the angle of strategy to promote enterprise innovation to stimulate the vitality and rapid action to seize the initiative and have higher entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises tend to have a higher level of performance.The relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance has always been one of the most important issues in the field of entrepreneurial management.From entrepreneurial orientation to enterprise performance,the intermediate process and path are affected by other variables.Most of the existing researches focus on the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on firm performance from a single variable,and there are few researches on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and firm performance.In this paper,new enterprises as the research object,the dynamic environment and government support two adjustment variables from the contingency perspective to study the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on performance of new ventures,and from the perspective of the dynamic interaction of combined with government support to explore the impact of environment on the performance of new venture entrepreneurial orientation,construct the framework model of dynamic environment the support of the government,and between entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial performance of several variables.As the cornerstone of the whole research,based on the literature review,in-depth analysis of the connotation of entrepreneurial orientation,dynamic environment,government support and enterprise performance,found that the relationship between variables and trend of hypothesis and empirical analysis verify hypothesis.The sampledata obtained through a questionnaire survey of new ventures,through statistical analysis software for data analysis to test the hypothesis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Verify the five dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation in innovation,competitive aggressive,risk-taking dimension and new venture performance is positively related,research conclusion is consistent in the field and the results of many scholars at home and abroad.(2)To verify the dynamic environment of innovation,the relationship between initiative and aggressive competition and autonomy in the five dimension and new venture performance has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurial orientations of risk,the government supports the risk of entrepreneurial orientation,aggressive competition bear dimensions and new venture performance adjustment function.(3)To verify the dynamic environment and government support to explain interaction to have a stronger relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and performance of new ventures,and jointly promote the positive effect of entrepreneurial orientation on new venture performance.Finally,based on the research and analysis,puts forward some suggestions to enhance the level of performance of new ventures.
