Study On The Difference And Influencing Factors Of County Economic Growth In Anhui And Jiangsu Provinces

Anhui Province is referred to as "Wan",and Jiangsu Province is referred to as "Su".The former is located in the central region,a national comprehensive scientific research and development center.The latter is located in the eastern coastal areas,a economically developed provinces.Jiangsu Province is close to the international financial center-Shanghai,since the reform and opening up,and has a high level of economic development.Due to the lack of large city radiation,the economic level of Anhui Province is behind Jiangsu Province.Jiangsu and Anhui provinces began to increase the economic gap,this difference is not only reflected in the urban economy,but also reflected in the county economy.County economy is the link between urban economy and rural economy.On the one hand,county accept city's radiation,on the other hand,county led the rural economic development.This paper takes the difference of county economy as the breakthrough point.On the one hand,the author compares the economic growth of the two provinces from the time dimension and the spatial dimension.On the other hand,the author studies whether the economic growth of the Jiangsu and Anhui counties has convergence characteristics.The analysis shows that the absolute differences in the economic growth of the two provinces are increasing.Jiangsu Province,the convergence rate is 3.8%,while the county economy in Anhui Province has not yet shown a clear convergence pattern.Hefei has a stronger effect on the radiation in the county,and the "H-H" type has a tendency to move to Hefei.However,Nanjing has little effect on the county's radiation,and the "H-H" type gathering in the county economy is mainly located in the south of Jiangsu,and the agglomeration mode is stable.Secondly,combining the theory and practice,combing the regional economic growth theory literature and economic growth model.,analyzing the impact of capital-labor investment and technological progress on economic growth.Those factors such as geographical distance,urban grade,administrative subordinate and geographical location are included in the econometric model to analyze the the main influencing factors of county economic growth.The main conclusion is that the closer the county to the city,the higher the city grade from the nearest city,the more favorable the county economic growth.Both Nanjing and Hefei can promote county economic growth,but Hefei's promotion is even more significant.Finally,based on the difference of county economic growth of two provinces put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Anhui Province is located in the inland areas,lacks coastline and lacks large cities.So Anhui Province must rely on their own strength to develop and expand a number of cities,thus driving other small cities and county development.Geographical distance can not be changed,but with the improvement of traffic conditions and communication facilities can shorten the economic distance,riding the "Internet +" era wings,narrow the city and the city,county and county,city and county distance.Under the system of "city management",urban economic development inevitably occupies the development resources of county economy,and the "siphon effect" is very obvious.It is very important to balance the relationship between city and county and enhance the vitality of county economy.In view of this,the following conclusions are drawn: First,cultivate new urban economic growth pole,promote regional coordinated development;Second,improve the infrastructure construction,shorten the economic distance;Third,strengthen regional exchanges,strengthen the county economy vitality.
