Under the new normal,how to strengthen the county economy faces more challenges.The development of industrial convergence is an inevitable choice for the county economy to revitalize from the micro,meso or macro perspectives.In recent years,the county economy in Guangxi has shown a growing trend,but in the process of development,the county economy in Guangxi also has problems such as uneven development and slow economic growth.Promoting the development of county-level industry convergence is of great significance to improving the economic level of Guangxi County.The essence of county industry convergence is the deepening of industrial division of labor and the internalization of transaction costs.The theory of industrial convergence,the theory of industrial division of labor and the theory of transaction cost are the theoretical cornerstones for the study of the convergence and development of county industries.The development of countylevel industrial convergence takes place under the joint action of incentive mechanism,dynamic mechanism and guarantee mechanism.The main manifestations of county-level industrial convergence development include the convergence of production city(town),the extension of agricultural industrial chain,and the versatility of agriculture.Four types of extended convergence and technological penetration.The Coupling harmonious degree model is an appropriate choice for measuring the level of industrial convergence development in the county.The empirical results show that the three major industries in Guangxi counties have a low level of convergence and development,but the overall development trend is good,showing a growing trend,and the comprehensive level of convergence and development of Guangxi three major industries,the coupling degree of convergence development and the coordination degree of convergence development are presented the pattern of the eastern areas of Guangxi > the northern areas of Guangxi > the southern areas of Guangxi >the middle areas of Guangxi > the western areas of Guangxi.At present,the main problems in the convergence and development of the three major industries in Guangxi counties are that the county's industrial base is weak,the overall strength is weak,the development level is low and the regional development is uneven.Secondly,the innovation subject is lacking in the process of industrial convergence development,and the existing operators lack modernization.Business philosophy and technology;Third,the service system in the integrated development of industry is not perfect,including the function of public service platform is not perfect,the financial service system is not in place,the lack of talent support and the lag of infrastructure construction.Finally,the results of industrial integration lack visibility.The reason is mainly because of the differences in resource endowments,the lack of support from pillar industries,inadequate institutional innovation and technological innovation,and insufficient marketing efforts.Promoting the development of county-level industry convergence can start from improving the institutional environment,encouraging county-level technological innovation,enhancing the competitiveness of county-level industries and the level of coordinated development,and strengthening marketing efforts.
