Research On Safety Risk Assessment System Of Chemical Industrial Park

The chemical industrial park is mainly based on the petrochemical industry and serves the petrochemical industry at the same time.Because of its large investment,wide coverage and high income,it has become the mainstream model of China’s chemical industry in recent years.While the chemical industry park is developing vigorously,the situation of safe production of hazardous chemicals in my country is still grim.The "11.22" crude oil pipeline explosion accident in Qingdao and the "8.12" Tianjin Ruihai Company’s dangerous goods warehouse particularly serious fire and explosion accident caused huge losses and bad impacts,which made the whole society’s attention and expectation on the safety production of the petrochemical industry reach a new height.This study introduces the concepts of risk,safety risk and safety risk assessment,and summarizes the characteristics of risk,the whole table of safety risk and the specific application of safety risk assessment.By summarizing the classification and production characteristics of the chemical industrial park,the characteristics of the products and the objective reasons for the occurrence of safety accidents in the chemical industrial park are explained.Through big data analysis of previous production accident cases in chemical industrial parks,this paper summarizes the types of major accidents in chemical industrial parks,analyzes the risk factors affecting the safety and development of chemical industrial parks,and identifies and analyzes all kinds of risks and adverse effects that may occur in chemical industrial parks.Through the identification and analysis of various risks and adverse effects,and according to the actual characteristics of the chemical industrial park,the safety risks existing in the chemical industrial park are generally summarized into four aspects:natural environment risk,safety planning risk,safety production risk and safety management risk,and Take these four aspects as the first-level indicators of security risk assessment,and then extend down to two levels according to the specific risk points they cover,forming a total of 35 third-level indicators.The index data is processed by Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,and the selection of cumulative weight critical value,and an index evaluation system is constructed.Through the constructed index evaluation model,the current situation of the Caofeidian petrochemical industry base is analyzed by an example,and finally the evaluation level is "safe",and 14 key indicators are optimized and screened out of 35 index factors for monitoring,in order to reduce safety risks,Strengthen safety management to provide effective reference.Figure 4;Table 33;Reference 45...
