Harvard University expert on talent incentive question of the research pointed out that such a view:shortage in motivating work envionment and atmosphere,the general staff can exert its potential is 20%-30%;In a better environment of motivation,the inner potential of the same employee can be increased by 60%to 80%to 90%,resulting in the unlimited prosperity of the enterprise.This fully demonstrates that the motivation of employees can be effectively mobilized through appropriate incentives.On the other hand,it is of great significance to design and apply the incentive scheme to the sustainable strategic development of enterprises.This paper mainly through the analysis in this fierce competition under the environment of present situation of the H enterprise grass-roots staff incentive,incentive theory and combining the domestic and international scholars and H enterprise own actual situation,from the aspects of effects on H enterprise,focuses on how to solve the problem of the existing incentive scheme,for private enterprises to establish a practical and effective operational stronger grass-roots staff incentive system solutions to provide corresponding guidance and constructive countermeasures.Proposed in this paper mainly from the material incentive and spirit incentive,individual growth incentives and organizational environment incentive this four aspects to the detailed analysis of H company in employees incentive problems that exist in the implementation process,and analyzes all aspects of reasons for these problems,then put forward the corresponding solutions.In the face of H enterprise existing incentive scheme,in this paper,the incentives for a more comprehensive more systematic design again,through detailed analysis of the design,and H enterprise should be in the process of implementation of enterprise culture,system,capital,management and other aspects of security,then can for the enterprise and the grassroots employees achieve expected effect.
