| Internet service industry provides more than one hundred million consumers with public access to the Internet space,large equipment and software applications demand have contributed to the development of relevant industries.Because of its narrow and profitable business,China's online services industry has been in trouble for the past few years.From the industry's own situation,the company management model still was behind,the company image relative quality is low,the credibility difference,the supply and demand structure of the market is still unbalanced.This paper mainly through the Internet service industry present situation and the problems were analyzed,and the research,which meets the needs of new development strategy of market operation of Internet cafes,the paper includes five contents,the first section is about introduction section,mainly about the research backgrounds,research status inland and abroad and the ways to give the simple introduction;The second section is about in the paper research how to use the basic theory of knowledge in specific,detailed introduces the value chain theory and the theory of business model,and to the PEST and SWOT analysis and its handle has been carried on the detailed recommended,providing a theoretical basis for the study of the next paper;The third section is primary to the evolution on the service industry in Tianjin expounds the present situation and the existing problems,the fourth part using PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of Internet service industry,and SWOT theory of Internet service industry in Tianjin from the summary analysis of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats;The fifth section mainly is to use the above analysis results,combined with the problems of Internet service industry,to innovate the transformation and upgrading of the design,and come up with reasonable proposal for its implementation;At the last,the posterior development is prospected. |
