Study On The Transformation And Upgrading Of Conghua Tourismservice In The Context Of Interne Plus Tourism

In the tide of the Internet era, different industries have experienced an unprecedented revolution,moving towards digitalization, informatization and intelligenization. It is vital for tourism to make full use of the Internet in the optimization and integration of social resources allocation so as to apply the innovative results to the tourist industry, forming a wider range of Internet basic infrastructure and developing new forms of tourism. It is an overall task to upgrade and transform tourism.Conghua as the "sub-center" of Guangzhou, has plentiful ecological tourist resources and is the more important component of Guangzhou’s strategic development. Firstly this study uses tourism as research subject to define the basic concept, to summerize tourism service and innovation, tourism transformation and upgrading, and mobile internet, and put those as the theorectical framework.Then, the successful experiences will be presented such as standardized domestic management of Home inn, Internet data marketing, Ali-service platform as well as the current situation of tourist resources in Conghua. What’s more, the current problems of the tourist industry in Conghua will be discussed in detail. Four aspects may be included, namely, a gap between management innovation and industrial development, asynchrony in the level of tourist services and industrial development goals, monotony in transport facilities, inability to meet the needs of the development of tourism and lack of credit in tourism market service.Finally, the countermeasures of the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry in the context of the Internet＋tourism is put forward based on the successful experience and the reality. The tour service transformation and upgrading will be realized by building the intelligent platform for tourism in Conghua, enhancing level of tourist service, improving Internet marketing, improving the tourist transportation system and developing the tourist public transit system as well as establishing and perfecting tourist service credit system.
