A group of the port is one of the most important deep-water port in North China,is the foreign trade port in northern China have extremely deep influence,in the five year plan period A group the new leadership to determine the "innovation,openness,sharing,coordination,green" five characteristics of the development concept,around the location of the group leaders to build a "national advanced manufacturing research and development base,the core area,northern international financial innovation operation demonstration area of reform and opening up,the first area" as the goal of local large state-owned enterprises,the largest,in order to continue to play its leading role in the local economy in the field of long-term strategic planning,implement the group leaders to develop and we must establish the appropriate human resource management system.As middle-level managers,it shoulders the responsibility of enterprise decision-making,task execution and system construction.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the overall quality and ability of middle managers.This article from the specific enterprise as a starting point,select a city in northern China,large state-owned enterprises A group as the research object,firstly the domestic and foreign related competency literature summary and analysis,provide theoretical guidance for the construction of competency model of A group;so as to get the basic competency indicators,survey work and the design of the next step.Finally,using SPSS22.0 to survey data for factor analysis,and the common factor named,he construction of the A group of Middle-level Managers Competency model.Based on the model,this model make recommendations in the promotion of the A group from the recruitment,training,performance appraisal,so as to strengthen the A group of middle-level management personnel management,promote the construction team,to provide help to improve the large state-owned enterprises like the middle management team.
