Research On Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Of Commercial Bank Performance In China

Under the new normal,banks turn their attention to the development of the intemal.More and more banks choose internal development path.How to improve the market impact of the branch network through internal management such as performance evaluation,How to tap and develop the intrinsic motivation of the network so that it's business behavior is consistent with the overall strategic goal,this is a problem that managers at all levels confront.This paper is based on the study of enterprise strategy.It aims to establish a simple and feasible and subjective dynamic evaluation system,which can help the banks to adapt to the new situation of economic development,scientifically and rationally evaluate the long-term development potential of the outlets.First of all,this paper combines the endogenous motivation,enterprise performance evaluation methods and performance evaluation system analysis of the status quo of the network of bank X of Hangzhou,to determine the necessity of this study.Secondly,the paper constructs the comprehensive performance evaluation system of bank network from the perspective of endogenous power.One is to select four dimensions and specific indicators that able to stimulate the subjective initiative of the network in the endogenous power theory.The second is to score the index according to the importance to the endogenous power performance evaluation system,and give weight to the indicators using AHP.The third is distinguish between mandatory indicators and optional indicators to set specific assessment program according to the nature of the indicators.Thirdly,this paper choose the typical network to verify and analyze the comprehensive performance evaluation system of the network under the view of endogenous power.I analyze the correctness of the study results combining with the actual situation of the typical network.Finally,this paper puts forward four suggestions on safeguard measures.
