With the support of the state for information technology enterprises,information system integration enterprises have developed rapidly,contributing to the country's industrialization and informationization process.With the expansion of the scale of the enterprise,the number of information system integration projects undertaken is also increasing.Enterprises are faced with the problem of how to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise through scientific and effective multi-project management in the case of multiple projects in parallel.In the multi-project environment,the resources of enterprise often have competition and supply bottlenecks,and traditional single-project management has been unable to adapt to the current multi-project management environment.Standardized and intensive multi-project management can optimize organizational structure,standardize business processes,and optimize the allocation of resources within the enterprise through effective management methods to improve production efficiency.This paper takes SX company as the research object,and uses project management,multi-project management and other theories to study the multi-project management optimization strategy of SX through literature research,field research and interview method.Firstly,through the field research and interview method,the current situation of SX project management is analyzed,and the problems of the company's organizational structure is unreasonable,communication and coordination are not smooth,project management key business processes are flawed,and lack of effective management means are discussed.Then,propose a targeted optimization strategy for the existing problems.Through the introduction of the project management office,the company's organizational structure is more adaptable to the multi-project management environment;join multi-project priority assessment,optimize communication and coordination between organizations,and solve resource allocation and deployment issues;optimize the multi-project management workflow,and use the responsibility distribution matrix to design roles and responsibilities at all levels to make project management work more scientific and effective;And proposed to use multi-project management information system to support the company's multi-project management.At last,research on organizational safeguards for SX company's multi-project management optimization.
