Research On The Internal Governance Fujian Alien Chamber Of Commerce

As a typical third sector,the alien chamber of commerce is an independent research field of public management,Nowadays,the economic development of CHINA has entered a new normal.With the implementation of the belt and road strategic deployment,It brings new challenges and development opportunities to private economy.However,there are many problems which seriously restrict the effective of the organization of alien chamber of commerce in the aspect of internal governance.Historical mission of alien chamber of commerce is to help private company how to recognize a new normal,adapt to a new normal,and lead a new normal which carry out development in a healthily and orderly.The article is based on the local chamber of commerce in Fujian province.According to some research methods about questionnaire survey procedure,questionnaire survey,Comparative analysis and case analysis and so on.There are a series of things such as Weak supervision,the shortage of outstanding talents,the articles of association of overhead,the internal control,imperfect organizations and regulations,the single source of funds and so on which have influence on the internal governance research of Fujian alien chamber of commerce.Through the analysis,the main reason of the problem is the slowing macro-aspects of legislation,the shortage of the policy.The research suggests that alien chamber of commerce is a community organization between the government(the first sector)and the market(the second sector)which can be borrowed by the ideas and basic methods of the third sector.We can rebuild the architecture to the internal governance research of the chambers of commerce.From the government level,it is very important to accelerate top level design,formulating relevant policies,building a sound supervision system.Form the chamber of commerce,it is time to establish and improve the modern corporate governance structure of reasonable operation science and execute effective and balanced internal governance mechanisms according to modern social organization requirements.Therefore,the ability and level of the internal governance of alien chamber of commerce of Fujian province can be promoted only if both internal and external balance is taken into account.Besides,the Alien Chamber of Commerce also can take its special advantages in the constructing of harmonious society to promote and motivate its development momentum.
