With the rapid development of mobile networks and the rising popularity of intelligent terminal,intelligent mobile terminals become indispensable convenient tools during people learning,working and living.The requirements of soldiers are becoming more urgent on mobile intelligent terminals especially in receiving message,telephone call,face-to-face chatting with network in accordance with the discipline of the secret.In this context,customized mobile phone project arises.On the basis of project management maturity model,this thesis researched the management maturity assessment of customized smart phone project in the unit of L.It turned the mode from routine function to project function,controlled the customized smart phone project completely and popularized it in troops.This thesis mainly completed the following works:1.This thesis summarized the development of customized smart phone,analyzed the necessity and feasibility of the unit of L 's customized smart phone project management.It establishes a clear study target for the following assessment.2.This thesis combed the development of project management maturity model,compared the advantages and disadvantages of different maturity model.It paves a theoretical foundation for the next step.3.In this thesis,it selected P3M3(Portfolio,Program,Project Management Maturity Model)as the template,improved its structure and content for the unit of L 's customized smart phone project management.On the one hand,this thesis verified the assessment results through KPA(Key Process Area).It uses the assessment personnel and index weights for the objectivity and accuracy of the results.4.It gave improvement measures for the unit of L 's customized smart phone project management.To some extent,it upgraded the project management maturity level,standardized customized smart phone project management.The conclusion of this thesis is that the unit of L 's customized smart phone project management maturity level was on repeatable gradation.This thesis has put forward the improvement measures,and it has improved the level of project management maturity.At the same time,it has verified the feasibility of this project in the troops,set up the specification of customized smart phone project preliminarily.
