Research On Maturity Evaluation Of Smart City Construction

City construction based on communication technology is promoting the development of intelligent city.With the acceleration of urbanization,the urban population types show a diversified trend.In order to meet the different needs of all kinds of people at the same time,our country is accelerating the construction of intelligence.Influenced by the popularity of intelligent construction in the world,China has already deepened the research and discussion of intelligent construction,not only in theoretical research but also in the practical application,and our country has entered the peak of development.At this stage,the focus on the wisdom of the city construction maturity issues is discussed,supplement can not only realize the relevant research in the field of perfect,it can also make China's mainstream city to enhance the global intelligence process of international status,realizing their own and the international city construction step.It has great theoretical and practical significance in this two aspects.Besides,it can also clarify the domestic planning and construction mode and make a more comprehensive measurement of its own level,so as to play a greater role in realizing the globalization of intelligence.In this paper,the degree of wisdom around the problems appears in the process of the construction of the city.First,the experience of the smart city construction in our country and abroad are summarized,and the evaluation method and evaluation system will be analyzed in theory for the evaluation of smart city construction maturity basis.Secondly,this paper will construct the evaluation index system,the construction mode and maturity model;Thirdly,by questionnaire survey and statistical methods,data acquisition is relevanted;Finally,according to the actual application of smart city construction maturity evaluation model,by suing the AHP,fuzzy evaluation method and Delphy method evaluation,the maturity grading evaluation grading will be the results.Through the research,this paper obtains five models and four kinds of the smart city construction driving factors,it also cbtains the construction and development of the standard score transformation maturity evaluation model,and the sample city by empirical analysis,.In the end of the paper,conclusions and suggestions are given.
