Research On The Dynamic Evaluation Of Technological Innovation In High-tech Enterprises

In the modern market with the increasingly fierce competition,enterprises must continue to carry out technological innovation to meet customers for the new pursuit of products to protect the sustained and rapid development of enterprises.The fundamental survival of high-tech enterprises is to continuously carry out technological transformation,innovation and constantly updated products and services,Through the provision of high-tech products to achieve the economic and social benefits.Therefore,this paper will take the high-tech enterprises as the research object,combined with previous results,construct the comprehensive evaluation system with 14 qualitative indicators and 6 quantitative indicators.According to the characteristics,the paper puts forward the method which is the combination of AHP and comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics to scientifically evaluate the technological innovation.And then,the method is used to evaluate the technological innovation power of SXF Company to verify the validity of the model.It is expected that the research of this paper will provide some reference for the future development of high and new technology enterprises in China.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the standards of high-tech enterprises,and combined with the uniqueness,summed up the nine major factors affected from the internal management and external macro factors(2)Under the guidance of the principle,the paper introduces the evaluation index system including 2 first-level indicators,9 two-level indicators,20 three-level indicators.(3)Take SXF as an example to carry out empirical research.Combined with the actual situation and the previous evaluation,design questionnaire for field research.Comprehensive use AHP and comprehensive evaluation of fuzzy mathematics method to deal with the questionnaire.This paper finds that its technological innovation is at the same industry level,but there is room for improvement.At last,specify the direction of development from the company and the government.
